Healthy Eating During Pregnancy
It's been so much fun to feel the baby moving more and more these days. I've also been feeling more and more hungry as well. I am trying to eat smaller portions more frequently throughout the day. The doctor said this is the healthiest way to eat while pregnant. She also said really all we need is one extra serving of fruits and veggies a day...that's hard though! As I have a craving for chocolate and the sweet things around my house!:)
