Nutrition

I went to see the a nutritionist the other day as a part of my prenatal care, and I found it to be quite interesting. I am pretty health conscious, but I never realized how easy it is to get the nutrients and foods that you need on a daily basis. If you're someone who eats three meals a day with a couple of snacks, most likely you're getting most of the foods that you're supposed to. The biggest thing is making those snacks more healthy, and cutting down on the chocolate and chips. It was really an interesting meeting that I learned a lot from.
