When will it be spring?

I'm not one for this cold weather, and I'm really anxious for spring to get here. Although it has not been a really bad winter, it has snowed quite a bit and it's been so cold! I am hoping that within the next couple of weeks that this snow will begin melting and the temperatures begin to warm up.
